This project aims to transform a former boat building and repair shop into a new mixed-use development. The building with the red roof adjacent to the road will be replaced by a new three-story residence with a long-term suite, utilizing salvaged materials where possible. The existing waterfront warehouse will be insulated and renovated to include large windows towards the Ucluelet harbor. It is an exciting endeavor that promises to breathe new life into the area.
